Matt’s Mattress is a niche mattress distributor that assigned us with the project of developing their branding to make it more consumer-friendly and family-oriented. Their biggest challenge was to position themselves as the provider of choice in a very competitive industry, with the main focus being a provider of choice that keeps their margins at a rate that allows them to pass on the savings generated by their lean business model to the final consumer.
